We're a design-led social media and digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad working with 30+ brands across automotive, education, organic foods, and more. Small, sharp team. We build content and campaigns that actually convert — not vanity metrics.
The Role
You'll own digital marketing execution across multiple client accounts — planning campaigns, running paid ads, tracking what's working, and reporting results that clients can see. This isn't a "schedule posts and clock out" job. We want someone who treats every rupee of ad spend like it's their own.
What you'll do
- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads across client accounts
- Manage and optimize social media presence — strategy, calendar, posting
- Track performance, build client-facing reports, and turn data into next steps
- Coordinate with our design and copy team to brief and ship content
- Research competitors and audiences to sharpen targeting
- Stay on top of platform changes, ad formats, and trends
What we're looking for
- 2–3 years in digital marketing (agency experience is a big plus)
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads — you've actually run campaigns, not just read about them
- Comfortable reading analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics) and explaining numbers in plain language
- Strong organizational skills — you'll juggle several brands at once
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be chased
- Good written English; Gujarati/Hindi a plus for local clients
Nice to have
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, or WhatsApp campaigns
- Basic familiarity with Canva or design tools
- A portfolio or case studies of campaigns you've run
