Quality Control Chemist (QC Chemist) Responsibilities & Duties
- Conduct chemical analyses on raw materials and finished products.
- Develop and validate analytical methods and procedures.
- Prepare and review test reports and documentation.
- Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is properly calibrated.
- Perform stability testing of products over specified time frames.
- Assist in training other staff on quality control protocols.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Quality Control Chemist (QC Chemist) Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a pharmaceutical or food industry setting.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Knowledge of chromatography techniques, such as HPLC or GC.
- Experience with statistical analysis software.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and instrumentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
