About the Role
Sleepy Edusolutions is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operational and academic coordination activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy organizing work, coordinating with teams, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule digital content uploads across internal platforms.
- Assist in compiling, organizing, and maintaining academic and operational documents.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain records, trackers, and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Handle basic queries received through official communication channels.
- Support scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative coordination for ongoing projects.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

- Graduates from any discipline.
- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of administrative or operations experience.
- Candidates with strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Skills Preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic familiarity with Google Workspace and digital collaboration tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Compensation
