Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and growth-oriented Warehouse Supervisor Trainee to manage and oversee warehouse (godown) operations. This position is ideal for freshers who are eager to learn as well as candidates with some experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations.
As our company scales across India, we are looking for future leaders who can grow along with the business and take ownership of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Supervise receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock tracking.
- Monitor order processing to ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and marketplace operations.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
- Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare basic inventory and operational reports.
- Help build and improve warehouse processes as the company grows.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Freshers with a strong willingness to learn are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, inventory management, Amazon, or Flipkart operations will be an added advantage.
Internship & Growth Opportunity
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month paid internship, during which they will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month. During this period, they will receive practical training in warehouse management, inventory control, order processing, dispatch operations, and team coordination.
Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be offered a full-time Warehouse Supervisor role with a salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month, based on their performance, responsibility, learning ability, and contribution during the internship period.
