Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fulfillment & Returns Specialist to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing customer orders, processing incoming returns, and managing carrier return claims to ensure accurate inventory and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Packing & Shipping
- Pick and package outgoing customer orders accurately and efficiently following company standards.
- Inspect items prior to packing to ensure correct products and quality.
- Print shipping labels, enclose invoices, and stage packages for daily carrier pickup.
- Returns Processing
- Receive, inspect, and log returned items into the inventory management system.
- Assess returned merchandise condition (resaleable, damaged, or defective) and restock or route items accordingly.
- Initiate customer refunds or exchanges based on company policy.
- Return Claims & Freight Management
- Identify lost, stolen, or damaged shipments and gather necessary documentation (photos, receipts, shipping logs).
- File and track shipping return claims directly with carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).
- Follow up on pending claims to secure reimbursements and update internal finance records.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse packing, or returns processing preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and shipping portals (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation, FedEx/UPS Manager).
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to [e.g., 40 lbs] and stand/walk for extended periods.
Pay: ₹8,381.03 - ₹10,000.00 per month
