1. Teaching & Learning
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons as per the curriculum.
- Teach subject matter effectively using appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Maintain lesson plans, teaching records, and academic documentation.
- Use technology and innovative teaching strategies in the classroom.
- Ensure completion of syllabus within the prescribed timeline.
- Conduct revision sessions and remedial classes as required.
- Encourage student participation and active learning.
2. Student Assessment & Evaluation
- Prepare and conduct class tests, unit tests, assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Evaluate answer sheets and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain accurate assessment records and student performance data.
- Identify learning gaps and provide necessary academic support.
- Analyze examination results and prepare improvement plans.
3. Classroom Management
- Maintain discipline and positive classroom behavior.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Monitor student attendance and punctuality.
- Handle classroom issues professionally and fairly.
- Promote values, ethics, and responsible behavior among students.
4. Student Development
- Guide students in academic, personal, and social development.
- Identify students requiring additional support or counseling.
- Encourage participation in co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Develop students' communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Act as a mentor and role model for students.
5. Parent Communication
- Attend Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Communicate student progress and concerns to parents.
- Respond to parent queries professionally and promptly.
- Work collaboratively with parents to support student success.
6. Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance registers and academic records.
- Submit reports, lesson plans, and assessment data on time.
- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Follow school policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in examination duties and school events.
7. Professional Development
- Participate in training programs and professional development activities.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes and educational trends.
- Share best practices and collaborate with colleagues.
- Continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
