Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Site Engineer (Civil) to join our construction team. The candidate will assist in the execution and supervision of civil works, ensuring projects are completed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Check measurements and verify bills of contractors as required.
- Ensure proper use of construction materials and maintain quality control.
- Assist in resolving technical issues encountered during construction.
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP, and PHE teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain site records, material consumption reports, and work documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor manpower deployment and construction schedules.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
