Business Development Partner (Freelance | Commission-Based)
OneAgencz is a performance marketing agency helping D2C brands and service-based businesses scale through Paid Ads, Creative Strategy, Creative Production, CRO and Shopify solutions.
We're looking for a self-driven Business Development Partner to help us acquire new clients across Australia, Canada, the UK and other global markets.
What You'll Do
- Identify and approach potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, networking or referrals.
- Schedule discovery calls with prospects.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and founders.
- Coordinate with our team during the sales process.
Compensation
- 10% commission on every client you close.
- Commission paid after the client makes payment.
- Commission paid for the first 2 months of the client's engagement.
- No earning cap. The more business you bring, the more you earn.
