We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office Department. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences, lead the front office team and maintain the highest standards of hospitality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily Front Office operations
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest queries, requests, complaints and VIP arrivals professionally
- Monitor room availability, room allocations and guest preferences
- Support and guide Guest Service Associates and Front Office Executives
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Engineering and F&B departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare duty rosters, shift reports and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with resort policies, SOPs and service standards
- Train, mentor and motivate the Front Office team
- Monitor guest satisfaction and take corrective actions when required
Eligibility
- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3–5 years of Front Office experience with 1–2 years in a supervisory or Duty Manager role in a hotel or resort
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in PMS software (IDS or similar) and MS Office
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in rotational shifts

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
