KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend medical emergencies and critical cases promptly and coordinate with consultants/specialists when required.
- Monitor admitted patients regularly and ensure timely clinical management and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation, including patient history, prescriptions, treatment sheets, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient care and treatment execution.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and NABH protocols within the hospital.
- Provide counseling and communication to patients and attendants regarding treatment plans and medical conditions.
- Prescribe medicines and investigations rationally as per clinical requirement and hospital guidelines.
- Maintain professional ethics, discipline, confidentiality, and quality patient care standards at all times.
Qualification
- MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS from a recognized medical college
- Valid Medical Council Registration is Mandatory.
Experience
- Minimum 1–5 years of clinical experience in a multispecialty hospital
- Experience in Emergency, ICU, IPD, or Casualty preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
