About the Role:
As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces while ensuring an exceptional user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create solutions that are both visually compelling and highly functional.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Design: Execute all stages of the design process, including wireframing, storyboarding, user flows, and high-fidelity visual design for web and mobile applications.
- User Research: Assist in conducting user interviews, surveys, and competitor analysis to validate design decisions and understand user behavior.
- Prototyping: Build interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively to clients and developers.
- Visual Consistency: Design clean, modern, and visually appealing interfaces that align with client brand guidelines and Saffron Tech's quality standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented with high fidelity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, user flows, and final UI designs. (Application will be rejected without a portfolio).
- Tool Mastery: Expert proficiency in Figma (primary tool). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a bonus.
- UX Thinking: Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
- Visual Design: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and modern UI trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to present and defend your design decisions to internal teams and clients.
