Role Summary:
Support sanctions screening and filter tuning through data analysis, false-positive reduction, and FircoSoft rule/exception maintenance while ensuring regulatory and risk appetite alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze screening data and identify tuning opportunities.
- Create and maintain FircoSoft rules and exceptions using FFF Classic and FML.
- Support testing, false-positive reduction, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with AMLPD, AMLOs, branches, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide guidance to junior staff on analysis and rule creation.
- Prepare management reports and escalate issues when required.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of BSA/AML, AML/CTF, sanctions screening, SWIFT, and Three Lines of Defense.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
