Job Description Founding Product Manager – Cross Border Agri-Trade Platform Company: Amama Partners LLP Location: Noida (On-Site) Type: Full-time About this Role Cross-border Agri trade still runs on WhatsApp, PDFs, and blind trust. We're building one B2B platform for the whole trade lifecycle discovery, deals, contracts, logistics, and payments. The MVP is already in build. You'll be our first PM, working directly with the founders and engineering to drive it to launch and own what comes next through first customers to scale. What you'll own Roadmap: take the in-flight MVP to launch, then shape and sequence the releases after it. The trade lifecycle: onboarding & verification, catalog & RFQs, chat & negotiation, contracts, logistics & tracking, payments, documents, notifications, and the admin dashboard. Specs: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and Figma wireframes clear enough that engineering never has to guess. Delivery: own the backlog, ship with the eng team, validate what lands. Users: interview exporters, importers, and logistics providers; turn ground truth into product calls. Metrics: RFQ conversion, shipment completion, feature adoption, retention. Your first 60 days Get up to speed on the MVP and drive it over the line to launch. Talk to exporters, importers, and logistics providers; turn what you hear into the next roadmap. What you'll need Must have 3–6 years in product management Shipped B2B SaaS or marketplace products, ideally at a startup Sharp product docs and communication Comfortable running lean agile Nice to have Domain in supply chain, logistics, exports, procurement, trade finance, or ERP Hands-on with Tridge, Flexport, Freightos, Alibaba, IndiaMART, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or Odoo Technical fluency: No coding required, but you should speak APIs, databases, auth, integrations, cloud, payment gateways, and AI workflows well enough to work with engineering without a translator.
