We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary goal will be to reach out to potential leads, explain our products/services, answer questions, and schedule appointments or close sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database/leads list.
- Lead Generation: Pitch our products/services effectively, qualify potential leads, and understand customer needs.
- Appointment Scheduling: Book appointments, consultations, or demos for the field sales/senior sales team.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information about offerings.
- Data Management: Keep an accurate, updated record of all calls, customer feedback, and follow-up statuses in our CRM/Excel sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volumes and sales/lead generation targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
- Languages: Fluent in [Insert Languages needed, e.g., English and Hindi / Local Language].
- Skills: * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A polite, persuasive, and patient phone demeanor.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, or CRM tools).
- Ability to handle objections gracefully and stay motivated.
