Job Summary
We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to handle end-to-end client coordination, ensuring smooth communication, timely project delivery, and high client satisfaction across commercial interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients
- Understand client requirements and expectations
- Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business
- Handle queries, issues, and escalations professionally

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and as per quality standards
- Track progress and provide regular updates to clients

Commercial & Documentation
- Assist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and cost estimates
- Ensure timely approvals, POs, and documentation
- Coordinate billing and invoicing with accounts team
- Monitor project budgets and control deviations

Execution & Site Support
- Visit sites as required for smooth execution
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and actual delivery
- Support snag closure and final project handover

Business Development Support
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Support in client meetings and presentations
- Assist in converting leads into projects

Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good client handling and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs
- Project coordination and multitasking skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (AutoCAD is a plus)

Experience
- 3–8 years in client servicing / project coordination
- Experience in commercial interior fit-outs / construction preferred

Qualification
- Bachelor’s in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering
- MBA is an added advantage
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
