We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Application Developer who can lead end-to-end mobile application development, mentor developers, collaborate with clients, and deliver production-ready applications with a strong focus on quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Build cross-platform applications using Flutter and native applications using Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
- Develop scalable and reusable mobile application architecture.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, payment gateways, push notifications, maps, analytics, and authentication services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Lead technical discussions and provide architecture recommendations.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, estimation, and release planning.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure project milestones and delivery deadlines are consistently achieved.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Mobile Application Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter.
- Experience in Native Android (Kotlin/Java) and/or Native iOS (Swift) development.
- Strong knowledge of Dart programming language.
- Experience integrating REST APIs, Firebase, Push Notifications, Google Maps, Payment Gateways, and third-party SDKs.
- Experience publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Experience with Git and GitHub workflows.
- Knowledge of mobile application security, performance optimization, and debugging.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with React Native is a plus.
- Experience with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, Analytics, Cloud Messaging).
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered mobile applications or AI integration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Leadership Expectations
- Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand business requirements.
- Write technical documentation, implementation guides, and architecture documents.
- Take ownership of project delivery, quality, and timelines.
- Identify technical risks and recommend scalable solutions.
Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
