Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining property details, following up with leads, and scheduling site visits. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.
Responsibilities
- Call potential customers from provided leads/database
- Explain property details and ongoing real estate projects
- Generate and maintain customer interest
- Follow up with interested buyers regularly
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
- Maintain customer data and call records properly
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Hindi speaking is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident and positive attitude
- Ability to convince and communicate with customers
- Prior telecalling/sales experience preferred, but freshers can apply
