Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Flight Support Executives to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related queries, provide timely resolutions, and ensure a high-quality customer experience through voice, email, and chat support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls, email, and chat.
- Deliver prompt and effective resolutions while ensuring first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate travel-related assistance.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
- Demonstrate empathy and actively listen to customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update case details in the system.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to company quality standards.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel processes is preferred.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment.
