Key Responsibilities
- Conduct soft skills, communication, personality development, and employability training sessions.
- Prepare training plans, session materials, and learning activities as per program guidelines.
- Deliver interactive classroom and online sessions using modern training methodologies.
- Train students on workplace behavior, professional etiquette, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
- Support students in resume writing, interview preparation, group discussions, and job readiness.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, and learning progress.
- Maintain training records, assessments, MIS reports, and progress documentation.
- Provide counseling and mentoring to improve student confidence and employability.
- Assist in student mobilization, community outreach, and awareness activities.
- Coordinate with placement teams to support student placements and post-placement tracking.
- Document success stories, feedback, and impact reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
