- Payroll Coordination
- PF, ESI & Labour Law Compliance
- Employee Documentation
- Purchase & Sales Entry
- GST Invoice Preparation
- Petty Cash & Bank Reconciliation
- Tally Prime / ERP Data Entry
- Monthly HR & Accounts Reports
Qualification
- B.Com / BBA / BBM / MBA (HR/Finance) or Equivalent
Experience
- 2–5 Years (Garment/Manufacturing Industry Preferred)
Skills
- HR Administration
- Tally Prime / ERP
- MS Excel
- Payroll
- PF & ESI
- Basic GST Knowledge
- Good Communication Skills (Kannada & English)
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience & Skills)
