Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales / Solutions Consultant with 2–3 years of experience in client engagement, product demonstrations, and solution consulting. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, confident in client interactions, and capable of supporting the sales cycle through effective communication and solution-oriented discussions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and inbound channels
- Understand client requirements and align them with product offerings
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and POCs for prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design suitable solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and documentation
- Handle client queries and provide technical clarifications
- Support the sales process from lead generation to closure
- Share customer feedback and market insights with internal teams
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or client-facing technical roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Technical background in IT, SaaS, or product-based environments
- Experience in conducting demos and client discussions
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly language
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with CRM and lead management tools
- Understanding of SaaS products and technology solutions
- Experience working with sales and business development teams
