Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions.
- Provide financial advice to management for strategic decision‑making.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor internal controls and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting, auditing, and taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and corporate laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
