Job Description: Kitchen Manager
We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to manage daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, maintain hygiene standards, and supervise kitchen staff. The candidate must have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete kitchen operations and daily production planning
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation as per company standards
- Supervise kitchen staff and assign duties accordingly
- Maintain proper stock control, kitchen inventory, and raw material usage
- Coordinate with purchase/store team for timely availability of ingredients
- Ensure hygiene and cleanliness as per FSSAI and safety standards
- Monitor food wastage and take steps to reduce cost
- Handle staff training and maintain discipline in the kitchen
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food items
- Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper usage
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Supervisor in F&B industry
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and food safety
- Ability to handle kitchen staff and manage production targets
- Good communication and team management skills
- Must be willing to work in Kasaragod or Hyderabad
