About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented professionals to join a leading international bank in Pune. The role involves handling banking operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day banking operations (payments, settlements, reconciliations, trade processing, or client servicing)
- Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within defined SLAs
- Monitor and resolve exceptions, discrepancies, and queries promptly
- Collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk standards
- Prepare MIS reports and support process improvements
- Participate in process automation and efficiency initiatives
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and operational controls
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in banking operations, financial services, or BPO/KPO (banking domain preferred)
- Strong understanding of financial products (payments, trade finance, capital markets, or lending – depending on role)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in shifts (if required) and in a global environment
