Recruitment Responsibilities
Ø Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
Ø Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Ø Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Ø Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Ø Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Ø Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Ø Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
