Job Description – Clinical Operations Manager
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise clinical staff and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and organizational policies.
- Monitor operational KPIs, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery.
- Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chalakudi Town, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
