Key Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of hands-on experience in Flutter application development. Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart. Solid understanding of Android and iOS mobile application development. Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX. Strong knowledge of RESTful API integration and JSON parsing. Experience working with Firebase, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), Firebase Analytics, and Crashlytics. Hands-on experience implementing Live Video Calling using platforms such as Agora, ZEGOCLOUD, WebRTC, Twilio, or similar technologies. Experience with local databases such as SQLite or Hive. Good understanding of software architecture patterns including MVVM, MVC, and Clean Architecture. Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS platforms. Write clean, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. Develop responsive and visually appealing mobile user interfaces from UI/UX designs. Integrate REST APIs, Firebase services, payment gateways, and third-party SDKs. Build and maintain real-time features including live video calling, chat, and push notifications. Optimize applications for performance, security, scalability, and reliability. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently. Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards and development processes. Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle. Publish, monitor, and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem, mobile technologies, and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile application deployment. Knowledge of application release management and versioning. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
