Strong knowledge of computer hardware, laptops, desktops, printers, and networking devices. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues. Familiarity with hardware assembly, installation, upgrades, and maintenance. Basic understanding of operating systems, BIOS, drivers, and networking. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
