Job Title- Oracle Fusion Service Delivery Manager

Location- Bangalore/ Pune

JD:-

Lead end-to-end service delivery for Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring SLA

adherence and service excellence

 Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, managing

expectations and communication

 Oversee application support, incident management, problem resolution, and

change management processes

 Provide techno-functional expertise across Oracle Fusion modules (e.g.,

Finance, SCM, HCM)

 Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate

them into functional and technical solutions

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and

optimization efforts

 Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements

 Coordinate with Oracle and clients for issue resolution and upgrades

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion

applications

 Strong functional knowledge in one or more Oracle Fusion modules (Finance,

SCM, HCM, etc.)

 Hands-on technical understanding

 Proven experience in service delivery management and ITIL processes

 Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

 Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams

 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
