Job Description: Social Media Manager

Experience: 2-3+ years
We're looking for a Social Media Manager who can own client accounts end to end. You'll plan content calendars, write copy that doesn't sound like a robot, design posts in Canva, and keep multiple brands moving every single week.
What you'll do
- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Build monthly content calendars and get them approved on time
- Write captions, hooks, and post copy in a voice that fits each brand
- Design posts, carousels, stories, and templates in Canva
- Plan and coordinate reels: scripting, basic editing, trending audio, formats that perform
- Track performance, share monthly reports, and adjust strategy based on what the numbers say
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to keep deliverables on schedule
What we need from you
- 2-3+ years of hands-on social media management, agency experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Canva: posts, templates, carousels, reel covers
- Good written English and the ability to switch tone between brands
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms, formats, and trends
- Basic reel editing skills (CapCut, Canva video, or similar)
- Self-driven, organised, and comfortable owning deadlines
Good to have
- Experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.)
- Exposure to paid social or boosting
- A portfolio of accounts or content you've grown
