Prepare and type accurate patient discharge summaries as per doctor instructions. Ensure correct patient details, diagnosis, treatment, procedures, and medications. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and medical records department. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient records. Complete discharge summaries within the required time. Good typing speed, MS Word/Computer knowledge, and medical terminology preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
