dnA Consulting is hiring Customer Care Executives with strong Spanish language skills to support international customers through voice, email, and chat processes.
This role is ideal for candidates who are fluent in Spanish, possess strong communication skills, and are interested in building a career in international customer support and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chat, and support platforms
- Provide professional customer support in Spanish
- Resolve customer issues within defined timelines and quality standards
- Record customer interactions and update support systems accurately
- Escalate unresolved issues to internal teams when required
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
- Meet productivity, quality, and attendance targets
- Follow company policies, process guidelines, and shift schedules
Required Skills
- Strong spoken and written Spanish language skills
- Good English communication skills
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM/system handling skills
- Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced customer support environment

- Spanish language certification preferred
- Freshers with strong Spanish communication skills are welcome
- Experience in BPO, customer support, international process, or voice process is an advantage
