Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead our Business Development activities and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent client management skills, and preferably experience in the BIS, NABL, Testing, Inspection, Certification, or Compliance industry.
The candidate should be capable of handling sales targets, leading business development initiatives, and expanding the company's client portfolio.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for laboratory testing and certification services.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and market research.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Develop strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Sales & Client Management
- Meet prospective clients and understand their testing and certification requirements.
- Present the company's services and prepare commercial proposals.
- Negotiate pricing and close business opportunities.
- Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while acquiring new business.
Team Management
- Guide and motivate the Sales & Business Development team.
- Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
- Support team members in achieving individual and team targets.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain CRM and sales records.
- Coordinate with Technical and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve client concerns professionally.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in BIS Testing, NABL Laboratory, Testing, Inspection, Certification, Compliance Services, Electronics Testing, Electrical Testing, or related industries will be highly preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate client acquisition.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.

Working Days & Timings
- Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday)
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
