Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and security systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of ERP, CRM, and other real estate software applications.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Implement cybersecurity measures, data backup, and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Monitor IT budgets, software licenses, and system upgrades.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and minimal system downtime.
- Support digital transformation initiatives and technology implementation across projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of IT management experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of networks, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM systems, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
