Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Psychological Counsellor located in Coimbatore. The Psychological Counsellor will be responsible for providing individual and group counselling, conducting psychological assessments, and developing therapeutic interventions. The Counsellor will also organize workshops and seminars, offer crisis intervention, and maintain accurate records of sessions and progress. The role involves collaborating with faculty and staff to support student mental health and well-being.
Qualifications
- Skills in Individual and Group Counselling
- Experience in Psychological Assessments and Therapeutic Interventions
- Crisis Intervention and Conflict Resolution skills
- Workshops and Seminars Organization skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and confidentiality
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Prior experience in an educational institution is a plus
- Commitment to student mental health and well-being
