Position Title: Corporate VIP / Directors’ Driver
Work Location: Corporate Office / Assigned Travel Routes

Reports To: Admin Manager / Transport Supervisor
To provide safe, reliable, and confidential transportation services for company Directors, Executive Leadership, and VIP guests while maintaining professionalism, vehicle safety, and strong defensive driving practices.
- Drive Directors, VIP guests, and senior executives to meetings, events, airports, and scheduled destinations.
- Ensure punctuality, effective route planning, and timely arrivals considering traffic and weather conditions.
- Demonstrate professional etiquette and provide superior customer service.
- Apply defensive driving techniques, anticipate hazards, and maintain safe distances.
- Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, and adhere to speed regulations.
- Use navigation tools to identify safe routes and stay updated on traffic or road diversions.
- Conduct daily inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, lights, tires, AC).
- Ensure the vehicle is clean and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate servicing, maintenance, and repairs with the admin team.
- Maintain vehicle logs for fuel, mileage, and service intervals.
- Follow corporate VIP handling protocols and etiquette.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding discussions, routes, and sensitive information.
- Assist with luggage handling and ensure passenger comfort and safety.
- Maintain a valid LMV driving license with a clean record.
- Ensure availability of required vehicle documents such as RC, insurance, PUC, and emergency kits.
- Comply with company security procedures, gate passes, and transport policies.
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass (as per company norms).
- Valid LMV driving license with a clean driving record.
- Certification in Defensive Driving (preferred).
- Familiarity with road safety standards and luxury vehicle handling.
5–10 years of experience as a corporate driver or chauffeur for senior management and VIP personnel.
- Excellent knowledge of city routes, highways, airports, and commercial zones.
- Strong defensive driving and risk awareness abilities.
- Professional communication, grooming, and disciplined behavior.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late evenings and weekends.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and reliability.
