About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about performance marketing, social media, paid advertising, and digital growth. You will gain hands-on experience in managing campaigns across Amazon, Meta, and LinkedIn while working on live projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and managing Amazon Ads, Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise ads to improve ROI.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for paid campaigns.
- Support product listing optimisation and advertising on Amazon Marketplace.
- Create engaging ad copies and coordinate with the design team for creatives.
- Manage social media content calendars and scheduling.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist in lead generation campaigns and marketing automation.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com, BA, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Digital Marketing certification is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of Amazon Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and paid advertising concepts.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
