Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Shift Incharge
Job Summary
The Robotic Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining robotic machines used in the production process. The role includes ensuring smooth machine operation, maintaining production quality, following safety standards, and reporting any machine abnormalities immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate robotic machines and automated production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Start, stop, adjust, and monitor machine operations as per production requirements.
- Load and unload materials/components into the machine.
- Check product quality during and after production.
- Identify machine errors, alarms, or malfunctions and inform the maintenance team.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance activities.
- Maintain daily production records and machine reports.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, fixtures, and safety equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the work area.
- Support production targets and minimize machine downtime.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of robotic or automated machines.
- Ability to understand machine operating procedures.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Ability to work in shifts.
Qualification
- ITI / Diploma / PUC or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in manufacturing or automation industry preferred.
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in robotic machine operation preferred.
- Freshers can also be considered based on training requirements.
Working Conditions
- Factory/manufacturing environment.
- Rotational shifts may be required.
- Standing and handling machine operations for long hours.
Safety Responsibilities
- Follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions or accidents.
- Ensure machines are operated only within approved parameters.
Pay: ₹22,000.09 - ₹25,003.20 per month
