We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with seating
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and café premises
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
- Handle customer queries and basic complaints politely
- Clear tables and prepare them for the next guests
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Support team members during busy hours
