We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Annotation Manager to lead and oversee data annotation operations supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing annotation teams, ensuring dataset quality, developing annotation standards, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality training data for AI model development.
Team Leadership & Operations Management
Lead, mentor, and manage data annotation teams to ensure productivity, quality, and timely projectdelivery.
Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance against established KPIs and SLAs.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and training programs to enhance teamcapabilities.
Foster a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Annotation Project Management
Oversee end-to-end annotation projects involving text, image, audio, video, and multimodaldatasets.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to meet business objectives.
Ensure annotation tasks are completed accurately and within defined deadlines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize workloads and manage project deliverables.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
