2. Data Processing & Analysis
- Convert raw data into structured MIS formats.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Sales Growth %

- Net Profit (NP)
- Monthly & Quarterly Growth
- Territory Performance
- Product Performance
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning.
- Analyze field force productivity and performance metrics.

- Maintain MIS software and CBO reporting systems.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual reporting.
- Improve Excel-based and BI-based workflows.
- Coordinate with IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Implement automated dashboards for efficiency.
5. Decision Support & Business Intelligence
- Provide timely and accurate data for strategic decisions.
- Support leadership with analytical recommendations.
- Assist department heads in performance evaluation.
- Contribute to growth strategy and expansion planning.
6. Database & Technical Management
- Manage databases (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Understand ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Ensure database integrity, security, and performance.
- Support system integration and data migration.
7. Information Security & Compliance
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business data.
- Ensure compliance with internal data governance policies.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery systems.
- Monitor user access controls.
8. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales, HR, Accounts, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Ensure centralized and consistent information flow.
- Minimize data discrepancies across departments.
