1. Relationship Manager (Operations & Client Servicing)
Primary Objective
To maintain strong client relationships, ensure smooth service operations, timely collections, operational coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs
Client Relationship & Service
1. Conduct regular client/restaurant visits.
2. Maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
3. Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick issue resolution.
4. Handle client complaints, feedback, and escalations professionally.
5. Ensure timely communication with clients regarding operations and deliveries.
Payment & Account Management
6. Ensure timely payment collection and recovery.
7. Coordinate with accounts team for outstanding dues and reconciliations.
8. Maintain customer-wise payment follow-up records.
Operations & Inventory Management
9. Monitor inventory movement and maintain stock reports.
10. Ensure proper tracking of napkins/uniforms/laundry materials.
11. Coordinate replacement and shortage management.
12. Maintain accurate operational MIS reports.
Troubleshooting & Support
13. Provide on-ground operational support to clients.
14. Resolve emergency service issues promptly.
15. Coordinate between laundry, logistics, and clients for smooth workflow.
Laundry & Workforce Management
16. Supervise laundry labour and operational staff.
17. Ensure discipline, attendance, and productivity of workers.
18. Coordinate manpower allocation as per workload.
Quality & SOP Compliance
19. Monitor quality standards, hygiene, and finishing.
20. Ensure timely pickup and delivery operations.
21. Maintain workflow efficiency and operational discipline.
22. Implement and monitor SOP compliance.
23. Conduct periodic quality checks and audits.
Reporting & Coordination
24. Maintain daily operational reports.
25. Update management regarding client status and operational challenges.
26. Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
