Real Estate Assistant & Social Media Specialist
We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and highly motivated Real Estate Assistant & Social Media Specialist to handle our operations from A to Z. This dual role offers an exciting opportunity to serve as the backbone of our day-to-day backend administrative operations while simultaneously elevating our online brand presence.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about both real estate operations and digital marketing. You will play a key role in keeping our systems organized, managing communications, updating property listings, and creating compelling content that resonates across multiple platforms to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
A-to-Z Backend & Administrative Support:
- CRM & Database Management: Take full ownership of our CRM platform—inputting new leads, updating client profiles, tracking pipelines, and ensuring strict data accuracy.
- Email & Communication Management: Serve as the main point of contact; manage incoming emails, draft correspondence, and stay on top of daily follow-ups.
- Client & Partner Relations: Actively talk to people, handle phone inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, agents, and vendors.
- Transaction & Listing Coordination: Assist with real estate paperwork, compliance filing, scheduling appointments/showings, and keeping transactions on track from start to finish.
Social Media & Marketing:
- Content Creation: Develop, design, and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter to increase brand awareness.
- Marketing Collateral: Create high-quality visual content and digital/print materials (property flyers, open house graphics, email newsletters) using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Audience Engagement & Support: Monitor social platforms, respond promptly to comments and messages, and actively engage with followers to build a strong community.
- Performance Tracking & SEO: Monitor social media analytics (using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Google Analytics) and conduct keyword optimization for online listings to maximize reach.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, or an executive assistant role is highly preferred. Strong background in social media management and content creation.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable talking to people over the phone and handling heavy email correspondence with an eye for proofreading.
- Technical & Design Skills: Hands-on experience using Real Estate CRMs, social media scheduling tools, and design platforms (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics is a major plus.
- Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple backend and marketing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
