The Client Service Executive will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, and delivering digital marketing campaigns on time. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects.
- Coordinate with creative, content, performance marketing, SEO, and development teams.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely deliverables.
- Prepare campaign reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Monitor task progress and follow up with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Identify execution gaps and proactively resolve operational issues.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all deliverables.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, project management, or digital marketing operations.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of digital marketing services is preferred.
