Job Title: Butler (Live-in)
Location: Worli, Mumbai
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Accommodation: Provided
Timings: As per household requirements

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Butler to support the day-to-day household operations for a residence in Worli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in managing daily routines, attending to residents' needs, and supervising household functioning with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities (What You Will Do):

Prepare and serve hot drinking water for residents every morning.

Make and serve fresh morning juice with drinking water.

Serve soaked dry fruits to residents.

Set up and manage the dining table for breakfast and serve meals.

Clear and clean the dining area post meals.

Wipe and arrange all washed dishes and steel utensils in drawers.

Fill and maintain drinking water bottles.

Iron clothes for household members.

Make beds in all four bedrooms.

Prepare and serve tea and coffee as required.

Supervise household staff and ensure the smooth running of the residence.

Manage the dining room and wine cellar and ensure guest service is top-notch.

Train and monitor performance of cleaners, cooks, and other domestic staff.

Oversee inventory, scheduling, and household cleanliness.

Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring their comfort and proper accommodation.

Assist with personal tasks such as packing, errands, and travel arrangements.

Ensure the overall functioning and orderliness of the household.

Handle staff hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll if required.

Manage budgeting, renovations, and maintenance coordination.

Assist with event planning and coordination for household events.

Maintain and advise on the household wine collection and pairing, if needed.

Exclusions (Not Part of the Role):

Wet mopping or dusting in washrooms
Dry and wet mopping of any area
Washing clothes or utensils
Kitchen cleaning, including fridge and platform
Removing garbage or cleaning carpets
Dusting and mirror cleaning in rooms or bathrooms

Preferred Candidate:

Prior experience in private homes/residences
Polite, disciplined, and well-groomed
Ability to manage staff and daily operations independently
Comfortable working around pets
Willing to stay on-site (accommodation provided)
