We are looking for an experienced Garment Production Merchandiser to manage end-to-end production coordination and job worker follow-ups. The role requires strong operational control, vendor coordination, and production tracking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage fabric stock, issuance, and inward/outward tracking
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with job workers (approx. 8–10 vendors)
- Follow up on PP samples, shrinkage testing, and approvals
- Track fabric consumption and prepare reports
- Monitor daily production status and follow TNA timelines
- Coordinate with QC team for quality checks and final approvals
- Ensure smooth order execution from sampling to final dispatch
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in garment production or merchandising
- Experience handling job workers and production vendors
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets (mandatory)
- Good understanding of garment production processes and timelines
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
