Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team across the sales channels. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals by implementing sales plans and supervising sales staff.
- Manage our freelance portal accounts and ensure that they are kept up-to-date with our offerings
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of sales forecast.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products / services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Ensure a constant supply of projects to our production team by maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Capability to write project quotes and great presentation skills
- Must be aware of the time flexibility required for the job
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the IT industry, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous experience as a sales director or sales and marketing director, ideally within a similar industry.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Pay: ₹17,063.23 - ₹69,032.40 per month
