Required dynamic plant head / production manager with 10 years plus experience in managing food production operations at a mid-to-large scale plant
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
