Roles and Responsibilities: CAM
Develop and implement the CAMO manual and procedures.
Manage the airworthiness records and documentation.
Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling.
Conduct airworthiness reviews and audits.
Ensure compliance with EASA/FAA regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with maintenance organizations and suppliers.
Lead the CAMO team and provide training and guidance.
Analyse data and implement improvements to the CAMO system.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the organization.
Ensure continuous monitoring and improvement of the CAMO.
Qualifications:
DGCA Form 4 post holder
5+ years relevant work experience of which at least two years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.
Relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education acceptable to DGCA. ‘Relevant engineering degree’ means an engineering degree from aeronautical, mechanical, electrical, electronic, avionic or other studies relevant to the maintenance and continuing airworthiness of aircraft/aircraft components.
Knowledge on CAME and have knowledge of a relevant sample of the type(s) of aircraft gained through a formalized training course; These courses should be at least at a level equivalent to CAR-66 Appendix III Level 1 General Familiarization and could be imparted by CAR-147 organization, by the manufacturer, or by any other organization accepted by the DGCA. He /She should have knowledge of maintenance methods and applicable regulations.
