Job Summary
Scent Factory is looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, handling inquiries, promoting products, following up on leads, supporting sales activities, and maintaining customer relationships for our perfume retail and wholesale business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects regarding products, offers, and sales promotions.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and customer retention.
- Generate leads and support retail and wholesale sales activities.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Coordinate with sales, retail outlet, and warehouse teams for order processing.
- Inform customers about new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily call targets and customer engagement goals.
- Prepare daily activity reports and submit updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales support, or retail preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email handling).
- Ability to speak Malayalam; knowledge of English and Hindi is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
